Gradescope underwent scheduled maintenance on Sunday, June 11, 2023, from 8:00 - 8:30am PDT. During this time, all Gradescope features were be unavailable.

Bruin Learn / Canvas SIS Integration underwent a scheduled maintenance on Sunday, June 25, 2023. There will be a backend re-architecture and migration of existing SIS integration services from on-premise to AWS for the provisioning of Canvas Course sites and Sections in Bruin Learn. 

Gradescope underwent scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Bruin Learn users with the “Observer” role will no longer be imported to the Gradescope roster inappropriately as Students.

iClicker underwent scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. The UCLA iClicker license changed from a student pay model to an institution pay model, and SSO integration was implemented.

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled maintenance on Saturday, June 17, 2023. This change provides instructors with additional options and improves efficiency when publishing Modules.  

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled maintenance on Saturday, June 17, 2023. Instructors can choose to not display a column in the gradebook or student page when creating a zero-point practice in New Quiz.

H5P underwent scheduled maintenance on Thursday, June 15, 2023. This will allow instructors to see text submitted by students through H5P.

Bruin Learn / UCLA Media Reserves LTI underwent scheduled maintenance on Sunday, June 4, 2023. As a result of this enhancement, academic unit support staff will be able to cross-list BruinCast recordings across multiple Bruin Learn course sites, making these recordings available to students where applicable.
