Bruin Cast / UCLA Media Reserves underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. With this update, users will be presented with “Video Reserves”, a feature that is more commonly used, when clicking on the UCLA Media Reserves LTI, thereby giving them access to this feature more directly. 

Gradescope will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 8:00 am - 9:00 am PDT. During this time, all features of Gradescope will not be accessible. 

Turnitin and Gradescope underwent scheduled maintenance on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 8:00 am – 8:30 am PTD. During this time, several Turnitin and Gradescope services were unavailable.

Overleaf underwent scheduled enhancement on Monday, April 7, 2025. With this update, UCLA now offers a campus-wide Overleaf license, eliminating the need for individual purchases by students and departments. 

Bruin Learn underwent scheduled enhancement on Monday, March 24, 2024. With this update, an "Enable Name Pronunciation" option is now available in Account Settings. 

Cengage underwent scheduled enhancement on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. With this update, the Bruin Learn publisher integrations for Cengage was upgraded from Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) version 1.1 to 1.3.

UCLA Video Reserves, accessed via UCLA Media Reserves in Bruin Learn, experienced an outage that started on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 12:00 pm PT and was resolved on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 3:13 pm PT. 

Duo experienced an outage with SMS/phone delivery across all deployments that started on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 9:45 am PT and was resolved on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 3:53 pm PT. 

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Saturday, October 19, 2024. With this update, instructors using New Quizzes can now add extra time to an in-progress attempt. 

Gradescope underwent scheduled maintenance on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 8:00 am – 9:00 am PT. During this time, all Gradescope features were not accessible. 

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Saturday, January 18, 2025. With this update, New Quizzes now offers a downloadable Student Analysis report in .csv format, similar to the one available in Classic Quizzes. 

Bruin Learn / Canvas Outcomes underwent scheduled maintenance on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 9:05 pm - 10:35 pm PST. During this time, an interruption occurred that affected only Outcomes, potentially making it unavailable to users.

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. With this update, instructors using New Quizzes can now moderate a student's quiz by removing one answer choice from multiple-choice questions that have four or more options. 

Kaltura "My Media" experienced a service interruption for Zoom Cloud Recording migration that started on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 10:00 am and was resolved on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 4:05 pm. As a result, most recent Zoom cloud recordings were not processing in Kaltura. This primarily impacted instructors who rely on Kaltura to share their Zoom Cloud recordings. 

WEPA Print underwent scheduled enhancement on Friday, December 20, 2024. With this update, Wepa Print stations are regaining the ability to print directly from Canvas/Bruin Learn. 

Turnitin and Gradescope will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, January 18, 2024, from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm PT. During this time, several Turnitin features may experience intermittent availability, and some Gradescope features will be completely inaccessible.

iClicker underwent scheduled maintenance from Friday, December 20th, at 8:00pm to Saturday, December 21st at 5:00am. During this time, iClicker was temporarily unavailable.

Peerceptiv underwent scheduled enhancement in October 2024. With this update, Peerceptiv’s Group Formation feature enables instructors to create optimized student groups effortlessly using student survey responses. 

Cidiscape underwent scheduled enhancement on Monday, December 16, 2024. With this update, Cidiscape is now available as a free add-on tool that provides data analytics for enabled Cidilabs tools, such as the DesignPLUS sidebar. 

Design Plus underwent scheduled enhancement on Monday, December 16, 2024. With this update, the Cidi Labs Multi-Tool and Upload/Embed Image (UEI) tool was upgraded to version 1.3.
