Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Monday, September 16, 2024. With this update, Admin Analytics will be enabled, allowing individuals with Account Admin, Academic Support Admin, Sub-Account Admin, and Instructional Designer (Root) Admin roles in Bruin Learn to view analytics across courses within their account or department. Admin Analytics includes three dashboards designed to answer key questions, such as:
- Which course sites are published or unpublished this term?
- Which published courses have had no activity this academic year?
- Are there students enrolled in courses this term who have not been active? Which students?
- Which Canvas features are widely used, and which are not?
- For those migrating to New Quizzes: Which courses are using New Quizzes? Can I identify a power user?
- Are there courses where student averages are low? What about student engagement?
- How are students performing across their Canvas courses?
This account-level feature provides admins with additional analytics and reports for courses across their subaccount.
