Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Thursday, April 4, 2024. Previously, non-academic employees were not automatically provisioned Bruin Learn user accounts. Now, data will be sourced from the employee ODS (operational data store) to (a) perform a one-time bulk-provisioning of Bruin Learn user accounts for all current non-academic employees and (b) provision Bruin Learn user accounts for any new non-academic employees on a set schedule each day. This new service will greatly facilitate non-academic employee enrollments in staff training sites on Bruin Learn by site administrators/instructors.
