Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Thursday, April 4, 2024. Previously, non-academic employees were not automatically provisioned Bruin Learn user accounts. With this update, data from the employee Operational Data Store (ODS) will be used to (a)perform a one-time bulk-provisioning of Bruin Learn user accounts for all current non-academic employees and (b) provision Bruin Learn user accounts for new non-academic employees daily on a set schedule. This change won't directly affect non-academic employees, but it will significantly ease their non-academic employee enrollments in staff training sites on Bruin Learn, managed by site administrators/instructors.
