Bruin Learn / Canvas Scheduled Enhancement will undergo scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. With this change, students in certain academic units will now have their Bruin Learn user accounts automatically updated with their new unit-assigned email addresses. This ensures they receive notifications from Bruin Learn at the mandated email address, reducing the risk of missed notifications and streamlining administrative tasks for academic units while eliminating extra steps for students. Previously, new students' Bruin Learn user accounts were associated with the email addresses they initially selected as their official addresses due to the early timing of the previous Bruin Learn User Account provisioning service. Now, students' email addresses will be updated in their Bruin Learn user accounts in bulk, unit-by-unit, with the correct unit-specified addresses.
