Bruin Learn / Canvas SIS Integration Scheduled Enhancement on TBD - SIS Integration Enhancement for Reset Canvas Course Sites

Bruin Learn / Canvas SIS Integration will undergo scheduled enhancement on TBD. With this change, an updated service will rely upon Live Events from a Canvas Data Stream to identify in near real-time when a Bruin Learn Course site has been reset by an instructor or admin. The service will then immediately populate the resulting new Canvas Course ID value generated by the reset into the corresponding records in the AWS DynamoDB courses and sections tables. If a Bruin Learn Course site gets reset and then published by the instructor soon afterward, the student enrollments will now provision as expected. In the current state, such enrollments must be added by manually pushing a full course enrollment sync, after the necessary back-end remediation, often in response to a support ticket.
