BruinCast underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. With this update, the BruinCast team transitioned their website from an external vendor to an in-house solution for storing and sharing media content, collaborating with the BL CoE and the Student Records and Engagement team to integrate it via Bruin Learn Media Reserves. The primary objective is to ensure that the in-house BruinCast website replicates the functionality of the previous platform, allowing the BruinCast team to seamlessly upload media and display it within the corresponding course Media Reserves. By integrating the new BruinCast website with Bruin Learn Media Reserves, users will experience stronger, more reliable service when accessing BruinCast recordings.
