Gradescope User Experience Improvements

The following changes were made to Gradescope on January 2, 2023:

1. The removal of two Moodle references in Gradescope.
2. Addition of Canvas section syncing in Gradescope.
3. Addition of recommended Gradescope LTI 1.3 placement (configuration changes).

The changes will improve user experience by: 

1. Removing references to Moodle in the Gradescope interface within Bruin Learn.
2. Allowing instructors to easily manage and grade student submissions by section (as described Gradescope Sections article) without having to go through a complex workflow to manually add sections.
3. Providing instructors with another way to create Gradescope assignments. This will benefit them by linking a newly created Gradescope assignment to a Bruin Learn assignment and does not require the linking to be done retroactively.
