The JW Player used within the UCLA Media Reserves tool underwent scheduled maintenance on Sunday, June 18, 2023, from 3:00 – 4:00 pm PDT. JW Player is used to play BruinCast, Video Reserves, and Digital Audio Reserves media from the UCLA Media Reserves page in Bruin Learn. During this time, both JW Player Media API and Live Streaming were impacted. Users were not able to create/update media via API or the JW Player dashboard during this maintenance window. Please note Read functionality was not impacted. Users utilizing JW Player live stream services were unable to start, end, or delete live streams during this maintenance window. Active live streams before the maintenance window will continue to work for existing and new viewers.
