MyUCLA Gradebook underwent scheduled enhancement in February 2024. With this change, instructors will be able to directly authorize the MyUCLA Gradebook to connect with their Bruin Learn course grading information on the Incoming Grades page. Previously, end-users would encounter an error when trying to import Bruin Learn Data on the MyUCLA Gradebook Express Incoming Grades page without first authorizing access to Bruin Learn. The error message would direct users to the Bruin Learn grade import page. If the grading period passed, then the authorization was not available on that page. Now, if the end-user did not authorize access to Bruin Learn, there will be a message on the Incoming Grades page directing the end user to authorize MyUCLA to connect to their Bruin Learn course grades. When the end user is directed back to the Incoming Grades page after authorization, the Bruin Learn incoming data will be updated automatically. This authorization option is always available.
