The Zoom integration with the Kaltura streaming media solution underwent scheduled maintenance on Monday, August 14, 2023 between 5:00 and 7:00 pm PDT. During this update, Zoom cloud recordings were not automatically copied to Kaltura. To ensure Zoom cloud recordings are preserved, save Zoom recordings to “local recording” instead of “cloud recording”. Local recordings are saved to the meeting host’s computer, and can be manually uploaded to Kaltura at a later time.
