Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Friday, August 30, 2024. With this update, the UCLA Media Lab in the Library is responsible for managing the Video Reserves assets and infrastructure that Bruin Learn users access through the "UCLA Media Reserves" LTI tool. The UCLA Media Lab is transitioning to a new SFTP server with a more flexible firewall rule, allowing connections from outside ITS using a private/public key authentication system. Additionally, the Bruin Learn CoE team will move the Video Reserves Media Links functionality from its current on-premise WebSphere API server to an AWS Lambda function. This change will not affect the user experience.
