Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Previously, a red asterisk indicated a draft comment, which often caused confusion as it appeared to instructors and graders that their comment was submitted, even though it was only visible to them as a draft. With this update, in SpeedGrader, after drafting a comment and moving on to another student, a "Draft" label displays, indicating that the comment has not been submitted. This enhances the user experience by clearly showing when a comment is still a draft.
