Turnitin and Gradescope underwent scheduled maintenance on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 7:00am – 12:00 pm PDT. During this time, the following Turnitin services were unavailable: Originality (including all Integrations), SimCheck (including Integrations), Similarity (including Integrations), Turnitin Core API (including Integrations), Crossref Similarity Check, Draft Coach, Authorship, iThenticate 2.0, Canvas Plagiarism Framework, Integrations through LTI 1.3. The following were available but may have had disruptions in service during the maintenance: Turnitin and, TurnitinUK (including all Integrations), Roster Sync through Turnitin.com, Feedback Studio for iOS, iThenticate, iThenticate (via API), Gradescope (Exporting Submissions, LTI 1.3 & Code Similarity Only).
During this time, the following Gradescope features were unavailable: exporting submissions, access to Gradescope’s Code Similarity Reports, and integration with LTI 1.3. However, all other components of Gradescope will be operational, including access to the website directly and the Gradescope Mobile App.
