Kaltura "My Media" / Zoom Outage on Tuesday, 1/21

Kaltura "My Media" experienced a service interruption for Zoom Cloud Recording migration that started on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 10:00 am and was resolved on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 4:05 pm. As a result, most recent Zoom cloud recordings were not processing in Kaltura. This primarily impacted instructors who rely on Kaltura to share their Zoom Cloud recordings.
