Message for Students: Instructions - iClicker Free for Instructors and Students Starting Summer 2023

Dear Students,

We are writing to let you know about the recent Bruin Post announcement regarding iClicker. This message is being sent to you as you are someone who is currently using iClicker or has the potential to become a new user.

Starting June 20, 2023, instructors and students will be able to use the web-based and mobile versions of iClicker Cloud, an interactive polling tool used widely across UCLA, at no cost. Previously, students had to either purchase a physical iClicker remote or a buy a subscription to use the iClicker with their own device (laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.).

Please take note of the important information below if you plan to use iClicker.

Logging in using your account and using your UCLA Credentials

On Tuesday June 20, 2023, faculty and students will be able to access their iClicker account by signing in with their UCLA username and password. For more information about signing into iClicker using SSO (Single Sign-On), review the following help guides:

Are you eligible for an iClicker Multi-Term Subscription reimbursement?

If you recently purchased a multi-term subscription to the iClicker Student Mobile/Web App, you may be eligible for reimbursement. To learn more about submitting a reimbursement request, please review the article: Student iClicker Multi-Term Subscription Reimbursement.

What if you already purchased an iClicker physical remote?

ASUCLA will be offering a buyback option for students who have a physical remote. Please visit the UCLA Store Textbook Department on A-Level of Ackerman Union for more information or to sell your iClicker. Please note your iClicker remote must be in working order to qualify for buy back.
