Some users may not be able to successfully upload large file attachments to graded discussions in Bruin Learn / Canvas.
iClicker Classic’s remote registration service became unavailable on April 5, 2023. This affected students registering their remote ID from iclicker.com and through LMS integrations.
On Thursday, March 23rd, the campus data center reported power issues that impacted IT Services. Services such as Bruin Learn Media Reserve, TA Sites Web App, Bruin Learn Course Manager, and SIS Integrations were impacted.
Kaltura Quick Recorder, also known as Express Capture, is cutting off videos early when the stop button is pressed. Recordings are being cut off by an average of 2 to 4 seconds.
BruinCast recordings starting the afternoon of February 7, 2023 were not displaying in Bruin Learn Media Reserves. This issue was resolved on the evening of February 7, 2023.
On January 19, 2023, there was a technical error causing lived names to not be properly displayed on Bruin Learn for several hours. This error was resolved on January 20, 2023.
There was a brief outage with the iClicker Cloud desktop application on January 19, 2023 at 7:54 AM PT, which has been resovled as of January 19, 2023 at 8:37 AM PT.
