The ability to sync rosters was unavailable on PollEverywhere.com. More specifically, a "Content missing" page appeared instead of the roster sync dashboard.

During this time, users were unable to insert activities into Google Slides presentations, and placeholders did not show slide content in other presenter applications.

On Wednesday, 12/6/2023, Gradescope experienced a service incident. Our internal testing revealed latency issues in syncing the course roster and grades, affecting operations between 7:35 am and 10:27 am.
There was a Kaltura Service Interruption for Zoom Cloud Recording migration on 11/13/2023 at 2:00 pm that was restored at 6:25 pm. This affected Zoom Cloud Recordings migrating to My Media and Media Gallery.
Poll Everywhere is deploying a new version of Poll Everywhere for Windows. Starting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 12:30 - 2:32 PDT, users may have experienced issues logging in using Windows Version 4.0.0.
W.W. Norton experienced an outage that started on Tuesday, October 2, 2023 at 3:49 PDT and ended on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 2:13 PDT. Some W.W. Norton users were unable to use annotation and highlight features in Norton Ebooks and Norton Illumine.

Canvas experienced issues with their “Chat with Canvas Support” service (available in the Help menu) on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. They closed down their chat service while a fix was being implemented.

iClicker Cloud's service partner, Pusher, experienced intermittent issues that affected users attempting to run polls or sessions. More specifically, the Cloud desktop may not have appeared to receive student votes.
Hypothesis and Canvas SpeedGrader experienced an outage on Thursday, August 24, 2023. The issue was resolved on the morning of Monday, August 28, 2023. Annotations made during this period will not display under your Canvas To Do list for your course and will not display in SpeedGrader unless the student has an annotation before or after Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 9am ET and Monday, August 28, 2023 at 11am ET.
On Wednesday, June 14th, the IT Support Center reported network connectivity issues in multiple sites. Services have been restored.

iClicker Classic’s remote registration service became unavailable on April 5, 2023. This affected students registering their remote ID from iclicker.com and through LMS integrations.
On Thursday, March 23rd, the campus data center reported power issues that impacted IT Services. Services such as Bruin Learn Media Reserve, TA Sites Web App, Bruin Learn Course Manager, and SIS Integrations were impacted.
